Customer Requirements
Thomas, the production supervisor of the factory, listed three main requirements before purchasing:
- The equipment must be able to run continuously for a long time. The old machines often suffered from motor overheating or shaft jamming in the afternoon, causing downtime. They needed a more durable tire crusher machine.
